Bill Payment Options
Bills are sent to Customers every month.
Customer Should ensure prompt payment of their bills. Payments that are more than 14 Days overdue may result in your services being disconnected. Additional charges will be applied for subsequent connection.

Below are the modes of payment Customers can choose:

Online Bill Payment
Pay your Chilled Water Utility Bill from DIMARCO website using VISA, MASTERCARD. click here
For all you enquiries or disputes related to Online Bill Payments, Please contact Customer Support

Paying at Dimarco Office
You can pay bill at Dimarco Main Office by
  - Cash
  - Cheque
  - Visa / Master Card

Drop Box Locations
You can drop Cheque under the name of "DIMARCO Electronic Systems LLC" along with Dimarco receipt in the drop box placed at:

   - AL Raha Gardens Service Compound
   - Reception Area of 'Marina Bay' - by Damac

Bank Transfer
You can also pay your bill by making a Bank Transfer to below mentioned Accounts.

Please be reminded that Bank Transfers fees will be applied for every transaction, 20 AED for transactions within the UAE and 60 AED for transactions from outside the UAE.
